DESCRIPTION:This year, for the first time, NSW is holding state championships for playe
 rs in separate divisions based on their rank. The club is going to run two 
 qualifier sessions each with two divisions/sections, on Friday afternoons:\
 n\n - Below National (National requires 150 masterpoints including 75 red a
 nd gold)\n - Open (National and higher)These are red point events. Pairs qu
 alify for the relevant divisions based on each player’s rank on January 1 t
 his year.\nThe Club will be supporting this competition by nominating two p
 airs from each division to play in the metropolitan final. The nominations 
 will be based on the results of the qualifying sessions.\nThis is the first
  opportunity for members with a rank below National to participate against 
 peers in a state championship. Sign up on the booking sheet.\n
