Colin and Una Mingay recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. They were married at a church in Summer Hill in 1943 a week after Colin returned from service in PNG.
As Una said 'A lot has happened in 70 years; the whole world has changed.'
She also said Colin really is as easy-going as he seems! The fact that they can still play bridge together is a very good sign of a tolerant and happy relationship.
