I hope you tried our Tuesday night “Slam Dunk” BBO game which ran from early August to 14 Sep. Open to all Australian BBO players, this two hour game featured challenging hands. Unfortunately it has been discontinued due to insufficient player support on Tuesday nights. The concept may be retried in other session slots in the future.
Can you bid and bring home the makeable slams? Do you cope with preemptive interference? Do you sacrifice at the right time? Can you find an alternative plan when play takes an unexpected turn?
Two boards will be chosen by well-known players/teachers (such as Derrick Browne, Joan Butts, Nick Fahrer and Liam Milne) with their commentary provided each week. The remaining boards will provide similar challenges for keen players.
Join the fun 7.30-9.30pm Tuesday nights with our chief director, John Rogers, as the regular director (on vABF9901). The cost is only BB$3. There will be both BBO points and ABF masterpoints.
