The Sloman Cup is an annual honour board event for pairs, held on the first Thursday afternoon of each month from March to November. It commemorates the contribution of past member Ada Sloman.
Only members can play in the Sloman Cup. Substitutes for competing pairs must be members used in compliance with the Club's policy on substitutes. Only 2 scores with substitutes may be included in the top seven scores. The winners will be the member pair with the best seven results.
On Thursday afternoons we anticipate having a regular all-comers section in addition to the open blue section in which the Sloman Cup will be played. Should it be expedient for directing reasons, players not entered in the Sloman Cup may play in the section which includes those playing in the Sloman Cup.
